This website is a repository of civil rights cases in the United States. It is designed to be a point of reference for victims of civil rights violations, lawyers, law enforcement, news media and judges. As most civil rights cases end up in court, if available the final settlement information will be listed here as well that shows monetary damages paid by the rights violator.

This website is also an educational hub designed to teach Americans about their rights and a tool to identify frequent rights violators whether they be individuals or government entities. Hotspots will be easily identified bringing more focused scrutiny on them to force change in their behavior.

If you have a case that you want to highlight be it recent or old, feel free to contact this website’s editor.
